In the early 1970s, Supersand as it’s known today was a modest business that harvested sand from the Fish River and sold it to building contractors. As time passed, the small team purchased a stone crusher so that they could separate stone from sand and offer their clients a new product; a labour-intensive process that today forms part of the memories and history of their humble beginnings.
